Return Policy for  AmanTheLabelb- Hijabs and Caps

Thank you for shopping at AmanTheLabel If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

You have 7  business days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your hijab or cap must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds for hijabs and caps. However, we do offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work with you to ensure a prompt resolution.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at Info@AmanTheLabel.com.au with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
